Energetic Healing
Energetic healing addresses body, mind and spirit as an integrated unit, rather than treating any of these levels separately.
Energetic healing zooms right into the core of the problem shifting the energetic patterns that keep physical symptoms, destructive emotions, life-depleting habits and negative thought forms in place.
Energetic healing works with wave patterns that reach beyond time and space. Therefore, you can use it for distant or remote healing. Personal presence is not required to benefit fully from it.
Are you wondering how that works?
Just as we have a physical body that needs support to stay healthy and fit, we also have energetic bodies that need the same. I teach you how to access and maintain your energetic system which includes your chakra system and your energetic bodies (also known as your aura). When we begin to realize that we do have access to the amount of energy that we run off of during the day, we have personal power and control. Freeing yourself from unwanted thoughts and emotions unleashes an extreme amount of energy which can then be used toward accomplishing your goals dreams and wishes.
We know from research that the brain has a set of filters that only lets information pass that make sense to us in terms of past experiences. This limited view of reality helps us to stay sane in a world that otherwise would flood and overwhelm us with too much information that is constantly streaming into the brain. With training, you can learn to expand the filters and bring in more awareness.

Clinical Hypnotherapy
Hypnosis is Natural!
Have you ever been on the freeway and missed your exit? Have you ever been so enthralled in a movie that you did not hear when someone was trying to speak to you? This is because you were actually in a state of focus or trance, not unlike that of being in hypnosis. Hypnosis is natural and all of us go in and out of hypnosis many times throughout the day.
One of the truly magnificent things about hypnosis is that we can use this state to facilitate change within our subconscious mind. The subconscious mind is the storehouse of all our basic beliefs and assumptions that we have learned over the course of our lives.
It acts as a blueprint that we live life by and maintains 88% of our power to choose. Therefore, if we want to make lasting changes in our lives we need to access the subconscious mind and remove unwanted beliefs, habits and fears that have been preventing us from accomplishing our desired goals and moving towards success.
Hypnosis is known to be a short-term therapy attaining maximum results, because it allows us to tap into the area of the mind that is most often in control and to change our beliefs so that they are in alignment with our goals, dreams and wishes. This contributes greatly to moving us forward on our path towards fulfilling our purpose work.
Neuro-Linguistic Programming
Neuro-Linguistic Programming (also known as NLP) is the study of the structure of subjective experience. It explores the relationship between neurology, linguistics and patterns(programs) of behavior.
NLP practitioners uncover the neurolinguistic structures of limitations created by the client. Fortunately, it’s unecessary to find out why these limitations were created or the relationship of them to the origin of the problem in the past. Allowing the client the freedom to percieve, from a different perspective, any incident from the past, thus remaining out of the emotions. Practitioners also facilitate by assisting the client in consciously discovering the best processes for creating fast and long lasting change in their lives.
NLP is about discovering yourself and exploring your identity connected with purpose. It encompasses competence and excellence as well as wisdom and vision.
Time Line Therapy™
Time Line Therapy is an empowerment technique that allows for emotional freedom from the past, present and into the future.
TLT is a process that assists us in letting go of undesired emotions, limiting beliefs and decisions from the past by releasing the memories that harvest them. This process allows you to recognize and preserve the learnings from the event and carry those with you into the future, instead of carrying the weight of the event.
One of the greatest benefits of TLT is that it gives us a specific way of creating our future dreams and goals in a simple result producing process. Imagine creating a future from inspiration and one worth living into!
Therapeutic Imagery
Whatever we give our attention to, we attract. “Where thoughts go, energy flows.” Therefore, the more deliberate we are in choosing our thoughts, the more we are able to focus our experiences in desired directions. Like attracts like, form follows idea and what preoccupies our thoughts tends to become our reality. Goal-oriented creative imagery is a way of focusing one’s mind to get what one wants out of life, be it health, happiness or prosperity.
The essence of guided imagery for therapeutic purposes is to consciously focus one’s imagination on an goal, with the intention of achieving that objective. Enhancing awareness of the client’s existing subconscious imagery, and providing positive images meaningful to the client, the facilitator teaches clients to utilize this imagery on their own behalf. The desire for self-direction is honored and expanded by accepting the client’s own personal imagery and clients are both empowered and motivated, bringing about profound change.
Life Coaching
Coaches assist people in discovering what they desire in life and help them unlock their own brilliance in order to achieve it. As a spiritual life coach, I believe you already contain within you all the answers to the issues that are stopping you from attaining your goals, dreams and visions.
In regards to coaching, the International Coach Federation web site states:
“Coaching is an ongoing relationship, which focuses on clients taking action toward the realization of their visions, goals or desires. Coaching uses a process of inquiry and personal discovery to build the client’s level of awareness and responsibility and provides the client with structure, support and feedback. The coaching process helps clients both define and achieve professional and personal goals faster and with more ease than would be possible otherwise.”
REIKI
REIKI is a natural, non-invasive, hands-on healing technique that has been in use for thousands of years to treat specific injuries and ailments, as well as to promote general health and well-being, and to increase the quality of life.
REIKI is made up of two Japanese words, “REI” (ray) and “KI” (key). REI symbolizes “divine wisdom”, a natural understanding of the root of all imbalances and what is needed to correct them. KI is the life force energy that exists in our bodies, in all living things and throughout the universe, giving us our physical and spiritual life – our emotions and thoughts.
REIKI combines the forces of REI and KI into a powerful and tangible tool for healing that can be defined as “Naturally Guided Life Force Energy” or “Universal Life Force Energy”.
A REIKI practitioner can channel this guided life force energy through a gentle hands-on technique. The power of REIKI can help relieve pain, accelerate the healing of injuries, release stress, alleviate insomnia, aid in building self-confidence, improve concentration, promote emotional and spiritual well-being, and bring out countless other wonderful results.
All forms of discomfort or dis-ease can be traced to blockages of the life force energy in the physical body as well as your other dimensions of mind, spirit and emotion. These blockages can manifest themselves as a common complaint such as a headache or stomachache, or as uneasy feelings of anxiety, confusion or stress. Left unattended these blockages can manifest even more severe physical symptoms or conditions.
REIKI offers a healthy, gentle choice by going directly to the root of the problem. By unblocking energy flows and restoring balance, REIKI accelerates the body’s natural healing process and helps eliminate the real source of discomfort, without any danger of side effects. REIKI cannot ever cause harm, there’s no such thing as “good” or “bad” REIKI. The REIKI knows where it needs to go even beyond the knowledge of the practitioner and client. Virtually any amount can be helpful, even as few as five minutes, and the more REIKI you receive, the more positive results will be achieved.
