99 Breaths

Need more focus to achieve your goals?

Here is a great exercise to do before taking on any project. Although I must say this may take a bit of practice. This practice can be used to master the ability to tune out the “noise” of the World while creating with laser concentration.

Prepare by sitting in a quiet, grounded position with your feet flat on the
floor.

Start by getting into a rhythm with your breath.

Note that you will connect your breath with your counting.

Beginning with the number 1 start counting to 99.

Breath in and count 1
Exhale and count 2
Breath in and count 3
Exhale and count 4

Continue in this way breathing and counting to the number: 99

When you reach 99, start counting back down to number 1…

Again make sure you stay in a rhythm with your breath and concentrate on counting with the corresponding numbers.

***NOTE*** If you forget what number you are on, get distracted or mess up with your counting or breathing then you must begin again. Yep… gotta start over.

Become a Master in this practice and you will be a Master Creator.

Do this practice once per day to assist you in staying on track and gaining power over your mind.
