I went to an event on Easter Sunday. It was powerful!

We did this amazing exercise where we divided up into 7 groups. Each group had from 4 to 6 people.

Each group represented one of the 7 chakras. Our assignment was to dance the root chakra.

The root chakra is the color red and it is the primal energy.

We had four minutes to come up with what we would do as a group to express the symbol of this chakra.

So many of us thought that native american or african dances would suit this base level chakra.

But what came out of me was something entirely different.  I became a dancing lioness… full of tribal energy… devouring the ego of all who were present.

I just let go of any insecurities and danced my all. It was pretty Wild! 

I danced till my feet bruised… but it was worth it. 

All of those people got blessed by the deep yearning savage energy of the root chakra.  Some were even afraid, which is common for people to experience in their base chakra… so yeah we did it, we fully embraced our assignment and delivered it fearlessly.

I have never been so fully in body and grounded in my life.

Embrace the root primal energy and deliver your gifts.
